Do you charge per email?
You pay a flat base fee per period (monthly or annual) that includes an email allowance. If you exceed it, you pay a predictable per-1k overage rate. No metering surprises.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrades and downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. The portal handles it; no support ticket required.
What currencies can I pay in?
NGN-first, with USD, GHS, KES, and ZAR also supported via Paystack. We bill you in the currency your subscription was created in.
Is there a free trial?
We don't run an open free tier — closed onboarding rules that out. New tenants start on a low daily cap that escalates (1k → 10k → uncapped) as we warm up your sending reputation.
What if I need more than the largest plan?
